1. Start Your Day Intentionally
Avoid jumping straight into stress (like jumping right into your social media feeds or email inbox). Instead, begin with gratitude, breathwork, or a slow stretch. I purposely get up 45 minutes before everyone else in my house. This gives me time to do my supplement routine, drink my hydrogen water, stretch and ice roll my face. By the time everyone else is up (and demanding my time and energy), I’ve already had a calm, peaceful, and intentional start to my morning.
Even 5 quiet minutes can set a higher tone for the day.

2. Clear Your Energy
Take a salt bath, burn sage or palo santo (if that resonates with you), or visualize white light cleansing your aura. Your energy needs regular cleansing—just like your body.
3. Speak Kindly (Especially to Yourself)
Your inner dialogue is powerful. Replace criticism with compassion. Affirmations like “I am enough” or “I am worthy of joy” can shift your vibration instantly.
Try doing this while you are in the car driving to work or practice in front of a mirror in the morning.
4. Move Your Body
Dance, walk, stretch—move in a way that feels good. Movement clears stagnant energy and releases feel-good hormones.
5. Nourish Your Body with Intention
Choose foods that support your vitality—colorful, whole, and high-vibe. Drink water with lemon or herbs. Bless your meals with gratitude.
I’ve made this my focus over the last two years. I have researched and experimented to find out what food love me–and which ones don’t love me. I’m primarily eating a whole foods-no gluten-high protein diet. I feel better eating raw dairy and avoiding too much caffeine. I’ve found that some veggies don’t agree with me and that I have a visible energy difference when I can fast a few days a month.

6. Surround Yourself with High-Vibe People
Energy is contagious. Spend time with people who uplift you, inspire you, and love you as you are.
7. Let Yourself Feel
Suppressing emotions lowers your frequency. I remember when Callie was born, I stuffed every dang emotion down as far as I could. I know now, that I was in survival mode and was doing everything I could to just keep myself upright–but that wasn’t healthy long term. It wasn’t until I was able to start processing those big, raw, hard feelings where I could start to feel my vibration rise.
Give yourself space to cry, journal, or rage. Healing raises your vibration.
8. Connect with Nature
Step outside. Put your feet on the earth. Watch the trees move or the clouds pass. Nature naturally recalibrates your energy.
9. Unplug & Recenter
Limit screen time. For goodness sake, turn off the news. Do a social media break. Mute the noise. Your nervous system thrives in stillness. Even 15 minutes of quiet can help you reconnect.

10. Practice Gratitude (Even in Chaos)
Gratitude is one of the fastest ways to raise your vibration. I can’t stress how impactful this has been for me. Even in the brutalist of seasons, I was able to find glimmers of hope and gratitude. Those moments centered me during the really hard moments and helped me claw my way out of despair.
Look for beauty in the mundane. Say thank you—even for the small wins.
