There are those moments in life when you realize that you aren’t living in alignment with your true self. One day, you look up and realize that you have just been mailing it in, surviving, or simply floating along without having any clear path of action.
Realizing this is one thing.

But getting back to who you are is another challenge entirely—and it begins with a lot of grace, intentionality, and a little bit of letting go! Use these reflection questions to help you assess where you’ve strayed from your path and what is hindering you so you can begin your journey home to authenticity and fulfillment.
- When do you feel the most connected to yourself?
- What does that feel like?
- What makes you feel good about being you?
- What are the things that you do that make you forget to check your phone?

- What are things that drain you? Is there room for you to set boundaries for those things?
- What are the things that are stopping you from feeling connected? How can you remove those?
- How can you cultivate space for deep self-honesty?
- How does the most authentic you look/dress/and present themselves?
- What makes you feel authentic? Can you create space to do more of those things?
- What’s a self promise that you can make today to help you come back home to you?
