Since this blog is a virtual “scrapbook” for Callie, I would be remiss if I didn’t include pictures from our very first “blizzard”! We had unprecedented winter weather in south Texas that resulted in 4-6 inches of snow! It’s so beautiful–the few times it has snowed, it melts almost immediately but this time, it’s sticking around for a few days!
Kindness is like snow…it beautifies everything it touches.
Callie LOVED it! She would have stayed outside for hours if we would have let her!
Texas is not equipped for this kind of weather though–we’ve seen rolling black outs , no water, and people going without power for days now. We’re staying warm and are extremely grateful that we are safe!
